Employers have a duty of care to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that workers
and other persons are not exposed to psychosocial or physical health and safety hazards.
Just like physical risks, psychosocial risks must now be identified, and either minimised or
eliminated from the workplace.
This content was developed in conjunction with Workplace Health and Safety experts Safety Australia Group, and in accordance with the Safe Work Australia Code of Practice 2022. There are two versions of the course: one for Employees and one for Managers and Supervisors.

Considered essential training for all employees and managers as under the model WHS laws, a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) now has clear legal obligations to manage the risk of psychosocial hazards in the workplace.

On successful completion of these courses, employees and managers & supervisors will have a sound foundation knowledge of workplace psychosocial hazards and how to prevent them.
