for those holding a senior position where they are responsible for the Occupational Health & Safety of other workers in the state of Victoria, where slightly different
legislation applies to that of the rest of Australia. It is targeted at the manager and supervisor level and more in depth knowledge about the legal requirements, basic principles, and
practices relating to occupational health and safety.
Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, trainees will have the necessary information to be able to respond
correctly to risks in the workplace and they will also be aware of
their legal obligations when it comes to OHS in The Act.
